Minimum order value on this web site is £10.00 excluding postage.
Postage
I will not be held resposible for orders sent via 1st class ordinary post or ordinary airmail post. If either of these options is chosen at the checkout the order will be sent entirely at the customers own risk (If the package is lost I will no longer send a replacement order). If you do not agree to these conditions use Special Delivery in the UK - For overseas delivery use AirSure Signed For.
Please note I will no longer be held responsible for orders lost in the post. I strongly recommend using Special Delivery or AirSure Signed For Delivery. If 1st class post, Recorded Delivery or ordinary airmail for overseas delivery is chosen at the checkout the order will be sent entirely at the customers own risk.
Free postage on orders over £150.00.
Orders over £150 will automatically receive free postage and will be sent via Special Delivery in the UK or AirSure Signed For Delivery overseas.
Discount
Orders between £50 and £150 will automatically receive 10% discount. Orders over £150 will automatically receive 15% discount.
Quality
The best stamps available from stock will always be supplied but if you are unhappy with any part of your order please return it within 14 days of invoice date for a refund. No returns will be accepted after the 14 days expiry date.
Out of stock items (Items currently on backorder)
Orders will be held until the order can be completed, that said most orders are turned around in 24 hours but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If there is going to be a delay of more than 5 days in processing your order I will notify you via email.
Payment by credit card or PayPal
Payment may be made by credit card or PayPal through the Globe Charge secure server.
Payment by cheque
Select the pay by cheque option at the checkout and post your cheque to the address given on the server. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and cleared.
I can only accept cheques drawn on a UK bank account.
