Minimum order value is £10.00 excluding postage.
Postage
I will not be held responsible for orders sent via 1st class ordinary post, Recorded Delivery or ordinary airmail. If any of these options are chosen at the checkout the order will be sent entirely at the customers own risk (If the package is lost I will no longer send a replacement order). If you do not agree to these conditions use Special Delivery in the UK, for overseas delivery use AirSure or International Signed For.

Free postage on orders over £150.00
Orders over £150 (After discount has been applied) will automatically receive free postage and will be sent via Special Delivery in the UK or AirSure or International Signed For Delivery (Depending on destination) overseas.
Discount
Orders between £50 and £150 will automatically receive 10% discount. Orders over £150 will automatically receive 15% discount.
Quality
The best stamps available from stock will always be supplied but if you are unhappy with any part of your order please contact me or return it within 14 days of invoice date for a refund. No returns will be accepted after the 14 days expiry date.
Out of stock items (Items currently on backorder)
Orders will be held until the order can be completed, that said most orders are turned around in 24 hours but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If there is going to be a delay of more than 5 days in processing your order I will notify you via email.
Payment by credit card or PayPal
Payment by credit card can be made via PayPal through the Globe Charge secure server.
